We include a care guide in your purchase every time you order from us.

But if you need a quick reminder; WE GOT YOU!

Polymer Clay products are lightweight + durable for long-term use when partnered with proper care.

Once baked, sanded, washed, and brushed- the pieces have a slight flex to them when bent, but please don’t intentionally break the pieces to failure.

Avoid getting polymer clay pieces wet. If your products arrive broken or damaged -inform us within 2 weeks of receiving them and we will refund or replace them free of charge.

If polymer clay pieces are dropped or stored incorrectly, they can break.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept e-transfer for online orders, or if in person; We accept square tap/ insert payment methods. Accepting Google pay, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, or debit payments.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

Earring hardware we use is either stainless steel, hypoallergenic, or real gold plated, and sanitized before packaging.

The term hypoallergenic means “less likely to cause an allergy”, it does not guarantee that your ear will not react to the metal.

We avoid using brass charms to be in direct contact with your piercing, since metal brass charms may not be biocompatible due to the nickel alloy that may cause metal allergies.

Are polymer clay products heavy?

No, Polymer clays are PVC-based clay and are lightweight like plastics, once baked they lose most of their moisture, and through that baking process, they also become stronger.

Polymer clays are lightweight and durable; Contradictory to their sometimes bulky appearance- your ears will not feel strained from carrying the weight of our gorgeous fierce styles.
